NECK DIAGRAMS LANDSCAPE HOW TO
Examples showing how to use them are hand-written on page one. Eight blank scale & chord construction templates are printed in each of the facing pages throughout the book - one for each of the 440 fretboard diagrams. Scale & chord construction is organized with templates. The back cover features a colorful pastel reminder of how to construct the B minor scale & chord in five steps. (You’re welcome.) The beautiful front cover is full color and read in landscape orientation with the binding at the top. Also, as everyone knows, and, we agree, it's more fun to flip pages vertically than horizontally. This orientation enables us to print the necks larger. There are 110 black & white pages measuring 8.5 x 11” that turn calendar-style, top-to-bottom and vice versa. The necks are also printed larger than ones found in similar notebooks.

The illustrated fretboards more realistically match your finger positions because they're rendered in proportion to an actual guitar neck. To all guitar students, teachers, songwriters, composers, and hobbyists who love using notebooks of blank fretboard diagrams: Here's one that loves you back! Guitar fretboard diagrams in this notebook are left blank to make way for the myriad notes, chords, melodies, scales, exercises, and great ideas to be, drawn, written, scribbled, and glued down that one could ever imagine - through the musical journey only you could write! It’s seriously pretty.
